FINALLY! let’s hear it for a 3 year LOW!???

when is a three-year low EVER a good thing in real estate??  well, in Dallas-Fort Worth real estate terms, a three-year low is GREAT when it involves foreclosures.  according to Addison-based Foreclosure Listing Service Inc DFW Rocks!  ok, they didn’t say that exactly, but they did report that DFW’s annual residential foreclosure postings have reached their lowest levels in three years.  AND foreclosures are down 12% year-over-year from 2010.  Dallas led the charge by posting a 14% drop followed by Collin (13%), Denton (12%), and Tarrant (9%) counties. 

according to cole the real estate sky is NOT falling in DFW!
