New Time Line for Disclosures & Service – Click Here

Are you experiencing delayed closings? This could be the answer! As of Jan 1, 2010 lenders are required to follow new timelines….I call them the disclosure clocks. If only ONE of them is NOT started on-time you will without question close late. I’ve created and attached an easy-to-follow timeline for you to view – feel free to share this with any and all.
