Fewer Dallas-Fort Worth area homes are scheduled for foreclosure this week than a year ago.
Lenders have scheduled 4,672 homes, condominiums and townhouses for sale at Tuesday’s monthly foreclosure auctions in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties.
That’s a 16 percent drop in foreclosure filings from February 2011, according to numbers from Addison-based Foreclosure Listing Service.
