why am i STILL glad to be invovled in real estate AND live in Dallas-Fort Worth?? business is still healthy here in the metroplex and the horizon continues to look even healthier. according to a new study released by audit and tax firm KPMG LLP on tuesday DFW ranks fifth in the nation for its business affordability due in large part to the area’s low natural gas and office leasing expenses. so, what’s on the horizon?? MORE businesses relocating to DFW = MORE population growth = MORE demand for housing = stable to positive home appreciation = etc, etc, etc.
